Axis Dental Lab is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Dental Technician (Ceramist) to join its full-time, on-site team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for dental aesthetics and hands-on experience in ceramic work. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of high-quality dental prosthetics, ensuring precision, artistry, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate ceramic dental restorations including crowns, veneers, and bridges
• Interpret dental prescriptions and models to create accurate prosthetic solutions
• Apply layering, staining, and glazing techniques to achieve natural aesthetics
• Collaborate with dentists and lab team to ensure fit, function, and esthetics
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ceramic dental work (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with dental lab tools and materials
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and occlusion principles
