Premium Smile Dental Lab, a reputable dental prosthetics provider in Dubai, is hiring a skilled Dental Lab Technician (Ceramist) to join their professional team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone experienced in dental technology and passionate about precision craftsmanship in prosthetic fabrication.

The selected candidate will be responsible for fabricating and repairing dental appliances such as dentures, crowns, and bridges. The role demands high attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work collaboratively with dentists to ensure each prosthetic meets patient-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and repair a variety of dental prosthetics including crowns, dentures, and bridges.

• Perform casting, mold-making, and assembly of dental devices.

• Collaborate with dentists to understand patient needs and ensure the highest standards of fit and function.

• Maintain and sterilize lab equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

• Ensure accuracy and quality control in all dental products before delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dental laboratory, especially in prosthetic fabrication.

• Strong knowledge of dental technology, materials, and laboratory procedures.

• Skilled in denture fabrication, ceramic layering, and other prosthetic techniques.

• Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Salary Package:

• AED 10,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
