Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating in line with recipe standards

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for all dishes

• Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation and uphold hygiene at all times

• Follow food safety procedures and HACCP guidelines rigorously

• Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in requisitions for ingredients and supplies

• Work across multiple kitchen stations and adapt to shifting priorities

• Support menu planning through input on new dishes and seasonal innovations

• Embrace a continuous learning attitude and support kitchen team collaboration

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE with immediate availability preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably high-volume or standalone restaurants

• HACCP certification is mandatory

• Solid culinary skills and understanding of global food safety practices

• Culinary diploma or relevant qualifications are an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English

• Flexible schedule – willing to work weekends and holidays

• Team player with a passion for growth and culinary innovation
