About the Client:
A well-established food & beverage distributor, manufacturer, and logistics company based in Dubai, serving both regional and international markets.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our client’s growing operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG demand forecasting and inventory optimization, and will work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal cycles to develop accurate demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align supply levels with forecasted demand.

• Monitor key inventory metrics and drive initiatives to reduce overstocking while minimizing stockouts.

• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure synchronization between demand plans and business execution.

• Maintain optimal stock levels to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular demand forecast reports and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Aged 45 years or below.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demand Planner, ideally in the FMCG/Retail sector.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.

• Experience in S&OP processes, inventory KPIs, and vendor coordination.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
