Rippling, a global leader in workforce management software, is hiring a Demand Generation Manager for a 12-month remote contract role based in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a bilingual (Arabic and English-speaking) marketing professional with strong experience in demand generation and a passion for building localized, data-driven campaigns.

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive lead generation across the UAE market. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA, including sales, marketing, and content, and report directly to the EMEA Demand Gen Director based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to the UAE region

• Own and implement localized content strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams

• Launch targeted campaigns via email, webinars, events, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives

• Support regional field marketing and in-person/virtual events

• Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in demand generation marketing (preferably in UAE or MENA region)

• Proven success in running lead generation and brand awareness campaigns

• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written)

• Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize strategies using campaign data

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
