Job Summary

As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients. This includes solution design, implementation, and the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that align with clients’ digital transformation goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technology consulting projects for financial services clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key Technology decision-makers to understand IT transformation needs.

  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans.

  • Demonstrate problem-solving and drive structured approaches to solving complex technology issues.

  • Share knowledge and codify learnings from projects with teams to strengthen the firm’s knowledge base.

  • Manage the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field, with a strong academic record.

  • Experience: 6+ years in the private sector, particularly in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance).

  • Skills:

    • Proven experience in technology and digital advisory, including IT transformation, digital transformation, and data transformation.

    • Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of digital transformations within financial services.

    • Ability to define and implement digital strategies that align with clients’ goals.

    • Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams.

    • Excellent problem-solving, client service, and relationship-building skills.

    • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.

  • Other Requirements:

    • International experience is a plus.

    • Ability to travel as needed.
