Avanade is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, budgets, customer satisfaction, and deliverable quality. You will be responsible for estimating, planning, mobilizing, executing, and successfully closing projects. This position involves managing client expectations, risks, and financial performance, while collaborating with onshore, offshore, and near-shore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within MS Dynamics CRM/ERP, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Support sales activities and estimate work efforts and expenses.

• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, ensuring proper controls and governance.

• Regularly communicate project status, manage risks, and monitor financial performance according to client agreements.

• Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience delivering projects within the MS Dynamics CRM/ERP area.

• Strong understanding of contract terms and ability to interpret agreements.

• Proven experience using project management methods, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent client interface and presentation skills.

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
