Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick orders to meet time targets while maintaining 100% accuracy

• Prepare and pack customer orders according to packaging SLAs

• Replenish stock and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock rotation

• Unload deliveries and maintain site cleanliness and safety

• Support inventory management and ensure proper stock levels

• Maintain strong merchandising and space management standards

• Communicate professionally with Deliveroo riders

• Operate dispatch orders, ensuring accurate handling and minimizing mistakes

• Ensure punctuality and adhere to shift and break policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse, or last-mile delivery is preferred but not required

• Hands-on mentality with attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

• Right to work in the UAE
