dmg events is hiring a Delegate Sales Executive to generate revenue through delegate package sales in the global energy sector. This role involves new business development, engaging with top industry professionals, and driving event attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sell & engage with new and existing clients to drive event delegate sales.
✅ Consultative sales—identify client needs and tailor delegate packages accordingly.
✅ Market research to identify trends and competitor analysis.
✅ Work with marketing & data teams to build targeted sales campaigns.
✅ Attend conferences and re-sign clients for future events.
Requirements:
✔ 6-12 months of B2B tele-sales experience (Energy sector preferred).
✔ Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English required, additional languages a plus).
✔ Strong CRM & Microsoft Office skills.
✔ Self-driven, motivated & results-oriented.
✔ Ability to travel for events when needed.
