Securitas USA Northeast Region is actively seeking Day Shift Security Officers in Kansas City, MO. Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure building entrances and conduct patrols inside and outside client properties.

• Practice conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to maintain order.

• Interact professionally with client employees, guests, and visitors.

• Identify and report safety issues or hazards.

• Observe and document suspicious behavior; prepare clear and detailed written reports.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Basic computer and technology proficiency.

• Professional communication skills with a variety of individuals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert and vigilant during shifts.

• Capable of standing and/or walking for extended periods.

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
