Job Description:
Exclusive Talent Human Resource Consultancies Co. is seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Lead to oversee and execute large-scale SAP data migration projects. This role is crucial in developing and implementing a robust data migration strategy, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business processes.
The SAP Data Lead will be responsible for:
✅ Leading end-to-end SAP data migration efforts from ECC to S/4HANA or Legacy to S/4HANA.
✅ Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks and quality controls to ensure compliance.
✅ Managing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, or other tools.
✅ Collaborating with business and technical teams to define data standards, resolve quality issues, and optimize performance.
✅ Providing strategic guidance on data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
✅ Leveraging cloud-based migration solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for enhanced efficiency.
✅ Driving process improvements and ensuring a seamless transition with post-migration validation.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience leading SAP data migration projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of SAP data models, master & transactional data, and ETL tools.
✔ Experience with Keyloop (Autoline DRIVE) is a plus.
✔ Expertise in data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
✔ Experience in Agile project delivery and technical documentation.
✔ SAP and/or data management certifications preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 AED 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
📌 Contract duration: 6 months, extendable
