Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage, information management, and digital transformation services, is seeking Data Entry Operators to join its Operations team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for indexing, data validation, quality checks, and scanning operations. You will support Iron Mountain’s mission of safeguarding critical data and assets while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform indexing and data capture from images with high accuracy.

• Conduct quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) to validate data accuracy.

• Enhance scanned images for clarity and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure integrity and security of scanned images and related information.

• Process documents on time as per project specifications and priorities.

• Accurately record daily production activities and perform quality checks on scanning outputs.

• Report issues and escalate concerns to project supervisors promptly.

• Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant work environment.

• Follow company security and privacy policies to protect sensitive data.

• Support additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred).

• Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

• IT literate and comfortable with digital tools and systems.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Previous experience in data entry, scanning, or operations roles is a plus.
