Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator – Healthcare to join our healthcare division in Dubai. The role requires precise data input of patient information into electronic systems, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting healthcare operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter patient data into electronic health records (EHR) systems with accuracy

• Verify completeness and correctness of medical and administrative information

• Adhere to internal policies and confidentiality standards

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and accurate record updates

• Maintain filing systems for easy record retrieval and secure data handling

• Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors

• Support archiving, retrieval, and regular audit processes

• Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or certification in healthcare data entry is an asset)

• Prior experience in healthcare data entry or medical record management preferred

• Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,500 – AED 7,000
