A confidential HVAC company based in Dubai is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk Assistant to Logistics to provide essential administrative and data entry support within their Logistics Department. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who excel at maintaining accurate shipment records and assisting with logistics documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input logistics and shipment data into Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office documents.

Update and maintain records related to incoming and outgoing shipments.

Assist in preparing shipping and delivery documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and courier records.

Track shipment statuses through courier websites and maintain updated logs.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team members to verify and reconcile data.

File and organize both physical and digital records for efficient retrieval.

Support administrative tasks including printing, scanning, and emailing documents.

Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in records.

Handle any additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; additional training in administration or logistics is a plus.

1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably within logistics or supply chain.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Good organizational and time management abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Must hold own visa, preferably a Husband Visa or similar.
