Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to join their Infrastructure Operations team in Dubai. This full-time position is specifically for UAE nationals with a family book. The role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware and network issues, troubleshooting within internal service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring the highest safety standards while working on AWS’s cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety protocols and foster a world-class safety culture in the workplace.

• Diagnose and repair hardware and network-related issues within AWS data centers.

• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and troubleshoot events under SLAs.

• Manual handling and lifting of equipment as needed, within weight limits.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to maintain the highest standards for AWS cloud operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalate complex issues to specialized support teams.

Position Requirements:

• UAE National with family book.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
