Job Overview:
MSD GCC is offering an exciting Data Analytics Internship opportunity in Dubai, starting January 12, 2025, to July 10, 2026. This full-time hybrid internship provides aspiring data professionals hands-on experience in analytics within the pharmaceutical industry. Interns will gain valuable insights into commercial operations, data management, and business intelligence while working alongside a diverse and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial Operations and Data Team in transforming and harmonizing data processes.

• Leverage modern data platforms to generate actionable business insights.

• Assist in data analysis, visualization, and reporting for strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using innovative analytical tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (graduating Q3 2026 or later).

• Available to work 30–40 hours per week during the internship period.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qlik (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages (advantageous).

• Understanding of KPIs, database management, and analytics principles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
