Scrubz FZC is actively seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing dashboards, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business intelligence, a keen analytical mind, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to present KPIs and operational metrics.

• Perform data analysis to support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop reporting solutions.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

• Write efficient DAX queries and perform data modeling for effective analytics.

• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and database systems.

• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling techniques.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or other BI tools is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
