Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Data Analyst specializing in AI and healthcare analytics to join their Abu Dhabi team. In this role, you’ll work with large-scale healthcare datasets, develop AI-driven insights, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve decision-making across healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets to derive clinical and operational insights

• Build intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify data needs and deploy AI-supported initiatives

• Ensure data integrity and validation across all analytics workstreams

• Translate findings into actionable strategies for healthcare process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with healthcare data

• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Strong grasp of healthcare KPIs and familiarity with statistical methods

• Proven ability to transform data into meaningful business outcomes

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in clinical informatics, AI in healthcare, or EHR data systems

• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
