TP is looking for a Dari Interpreter to join our team in a full-time, remote role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting English phone conversations into Dari and vice versa. This role involves handling various call types including medical, emergency, and customer service calls. Shifts and weekends are rotational, with a focus on night and overnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret phone conversations from English to Dari and Dari to English across a variety of call types such as medical calls, emergency calls, and customer service calls.

• Work from home within the UAE, adhering to set shift schedules, which include rotational weekends and night shifts.

• Handle calls in a professional manner, ensuring accurate interpretation while maintaining confidentiality and clarity.

• Meet performance targets and maintain high-quality service standards.

• Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with medical terminology and specific client requirements.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Remote, within the UAE

• Work Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1 hour break), with rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.

• Days Off: 2 days off per week.
