Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365 Functional Consultant/Tester (Mid-Level) to join our remote team. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to support, test, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platforms—specifically Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for D365 CE/F&O modules.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Configure and customize D365 modules according to client needs.

• Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on D365 solutions.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.

• Log and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.

• Assist in system upgrades, patch testing, and release management.

• Support D365 rollouts through training and user documentation.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay current on D365 updates and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years experience as a Functional Consultant and/or Tester on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).

• Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain Management modules.

• Experience with business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

• Skilled in creating clear functional specifications and test documentation.

• Familiarity with test management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail.

• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Microsoft certifications such as MB-210, MB-300 are advantageous.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.

• Exposure to data migration, integrations, and reporting tools like Power BI.
