Chalhoub Group, a leading name in luxury retail, is looking for a Luxury Customer Experience & Training Manager to enhance customer engagement and elevate the service standards across our fashion retail segment. This role is designed for a luxury fashion expert who thrives on curating unforgettable client experiences, empowering retail teams through training, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Luxury Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Design and implement strategies that ensure an unparalleled, emotionally engaging luxury shopping experience.

  • Train retail teams in high-end customer engagement, including personal styling, brand storytelling, and handling objections with finesse.

  • Promote cross-brand collaboration, ensuring seamless transitions between brands while maintaining a premium service approach.

Training & Development

  • Lead external and internal training programs focused on emotional selling, client profiling, and luxury service etiquette.

  • Coach retail teams on the psychology of high-net-worth clients, empowering them with confidence-building techniques.

  • Keep teams updated on fashion trends, industry events, and key designers to enhance their expertise.

Luxury Retail Etiquette & Communication

  • Develop workshops on adaptive selling techniques, ensuring personalized, relationship-driven client interactions.

  • Uphold excellence in store presentation, packaging, and service touchpoints to reflect luxury brand standards.

  • Work closely with store managers to create a customer-first, fashion-savvy culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Leadership experience in luxury fashion or accessories retail.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion history, luxury retail trends, and customer psychology.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, emotional selling techniques, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Training Expertise: Proven experience in coaching and mentoring retail teams.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across GCC countries.
