Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Customs Co-worker to join its operations team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for candidates with basic knowledge of Dubai Trade and strong MS Office skills. As a Customs Co-worker, you will be responsible for accurate and timely customs documentation, BOE processing, invoice data updates, and coordination of inbound/outbound logistics, playing a crucial role in the smooth handling of shipments and customs clearance.
Job Responsibilities:

Process DP World payments on the same day as BOE/ED date.

Download and merge inbound and outbound documents within 24 hours.

File Non-Remittance Claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB.

Create and maintain outbound documentation folders post-ED.
-
Update COK status and EL Master files based on ATD.
-
Verify document accuracy prior to processing BOE (inbound/outbound).
-
Handle invoice and EDI updates, and save them in the shared folder.

Create and forward shipments from DCO within two days of ATD.
-
Track escalated documents and coordinate with ISME if needed.

Check BL for consumable (DDU/DAP) shipments within 24 hours of SWB.

Maintain complete documentation and ensure BOE numbers are tracked.

Update EL Master based on arrival reports/ITM and manage the consumables tracker.

Ensure timely processing and reporting of Elux/MWPP shipments.
Skills Required:

Good knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

Familiarity with Dubai Trade procedures.

Proficient in MS Office with strong data entry skills.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Proactive and alert work attitude.
-
Ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Entry-level experience (0–2 years).
-
Previous experience in logistics/customs handling is a plus.
