Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Sales Enablement Specialist to serve as the vital link between clients, sales teams, and internal operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle client onboarding, project coordination, training support, and membership management for a leading global learning and accreditation provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:

Onboard new customers and maintain strong relationships throughout their journey.

Update and maintain supplier information for Middle East clients.

Manage Sales CRM with up-to-date client records and interactions.

Create and follow up on sales orders and proforma invoices until delivery.
Membership Support:

Process new membership applications and registrations in SAP (Dubai) and Zoho (KSA).

Support monthly renewals and keep account managers informed.

Manage training seat allocations, user records, LMS registrations, cancellations, and credit note requests.
Training Support:

Register training participants, manage user accounts, resolve password issues, and reset exams in the LMS.

Draft and send participant communications in English and Arabic.

Support setup and follow-ups for Arabic training sessions.
Profile Requirements:

Strong coordination and client management skills.

Proficiency in tools like Sales CRM, SAP, Zoho, Excel, and LMS platforms.

Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities across international teams.
