Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policy changes through regular communication with the management team.

Troubleshoot product issues and work toward fast resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or support roles.

Proficient in CRM tools and digital platforms that enhance customer interaction and service tracking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of professional English.

Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage tasks by prioritizing effectively to meet service deadlines.

Competence in MS Office and updated CRM software.
