Job Title: Customer Support Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by understanding consumer needs, resolving inquiries and complaints, and supporting the service process through accurate and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions efficiently.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using proper tools and support systems.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions within set timeframes, and ensuring thorough follow-ups.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions to support informed business decisions.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policy changes through regular communication with the management team.

  • Troubleshoot product issues and work toward fast resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and digital platforms that enhance customer interaction and service tracking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of professional English.

  • Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage tasks by prioritizing effectively to meet service deadlines.

  • Competence in MS Office and updated CRM software.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience Level: 1–3 years

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to service excellence

  • Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
