Job Title: Customer Support Executive 

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless client experience that aligns with company standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand customers’ needs to deliver outstanding service and ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate and timely information about company projects and services using CRM tools and software.

  • Effectively handle customer complaints, suggest appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

  • Maintain a well-organized database of customer interactions, documents, feedback, and communication history.

  • Stay updated on company policies and products by collaborating closely with senior management.

  • Work with the technical support team to resolve any ongoing issues related to products or services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or client servicing roles.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and customer service software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

  • Exceptional listening and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under pressure.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools and platforms.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Experience in customer relations or service-oriented roles is preferred
