We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate product information, and maintaining detailed records of interactions to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer requirements to ensure optimal satisfaction and timely resolutions.

  • Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and channels.

  • Resolve queries and concerns efficiently, adhering to company response timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Capable of presenting ideas through both traditional and digital communication channels.
