Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for client interactions. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information about the company’s services and ongoing projects, and deliver effective solutions to inquiries and concerns in real-time.

Your responsibilities will include managing client queries, compiling and updating detailed customer databases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve product or service-related issues. You must remain updated on company policies, product launches, and services to deliver seamless support. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and technical proficiency in using customer relationship tools.

Key Responsibilities:
