United Diesel is hiring a Customer Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for commercial vehicles, ensuring efficient issue resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Technical Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues.
✔ Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for high-priority customer concerns, ensuring timely updates and professional communication.
✔ Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions, develop knowledge base articles, and mentor workshop engineers.
✔ Product Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product quality and usability.
✔ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to provide the best support solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in commercial vehicles.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and troubleshooting expertise.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
✅ Team player with the ability to work independently.
