Customer Success Specialist – Express

Aramex is hiring a Customer Success Specialist – Express to drive client relationships, maximize revenue growth, and oversee operational efficiency. This role combines strategic sales planning, business development, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions for complex customer needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Mentor, coach, and empower CMT team members to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and provide ongoing development opportunities.

  • Identify high-potential team members for future leadership roles.

  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.

  • Lead the team in using e-Tools to improve customer interactions and sales efficiency.

  • Monitor team performance and implement initiatives to enhance conversion rates and profitability.

  • Ensure adherence to CRM KPIs, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies on data security, HSSE, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate, break silos, and execute strategies effectively.

  • Growth mindset with focus on innovation, inclusion, and external market awareness.
