About the Role:
Join Maids.cc, the largest domestic worker services platform in the UAE, as a Customer Success Specialist. Based in Dubai, you will play a vital role in assisting clients to find the ideal maid while ensuring exceptional service satisfaction. Your mission is to understand client needs, provide expert advice, and maintain the high service standards that Maids.cc is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and assess client requirements to match them with the perfect maid candidate.

• Communicate effectively to reassure clients and offer personalized solutions.

• Provide expert guidance to help clients make informed hiring decisions.

• Maintain client satisfaction and retention by handling challenges with patience and professionalism.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Work 6 days a week, maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Based in the UAE with fluency in Arabic (mandatory).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in shortlisting, recruitment, or customer service is an advantage.

• Proactive, persuasive, and client-focused approach.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing client demands and operational requirements.
