Property Finder, the MENA region’s leading proptech platform, is hiring a Customer Success Partner to drive value realization and revenue retention for subscription-based clients. This on-site role in Dubai focuses on post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth through strategic relationship management and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement

• Align client goals with metrics and provide consistent performance reviews to ensure results

• Monitor customer health and identify upsell and renewal opportunities

• Partner with Sales to achieve revenue targets and support client growth

• Promote best practices for using Property Finder’s digital solutions

• Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) and scalable tech solutions

• Provide strategic consultation to deliver ROI for clients

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

• 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS/subscription environments

• Experience managing multi-million AED quotas and client ROI delivery

• Strong business and financial acumen; P&L experience a plus

• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce

• Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking skills

• Experience in real estate media, tech, software, or digital marketplaces

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
