Winnow is a global leader in reducing food waste using innovative technology. We are seeking a Customer Success professional fluent in French to join our European Operations team in Dubai. This role involves managing client relationships, implementing Winnow systems across sites, providing training, and ensuring measurable impact on food waste reduction. The ideal candidate is proactive, consultative, and passionate about sustainability and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring system adoption and success.

Understand clients’ operations to tailor the best solutions for their needs.

Oversee smooth end-to-end system implementation, training multi-disciplinary teams in-person and remotely.

Analyze client reports, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate closely with internal teams across regions to ensure operational excellence.

Support front-line tech and customer support teams with client enquiries.

Take initiatives to improve internal processes and procedures in line with Winnow standards.

Travel regularly across Europe for client projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or Consultancy within multinational organizations.

Excellent verbal and written communication in French; additional European languages a plus.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Results-driven with proven experience delivering customer-focused solutions.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
