Customer Success – Middle East
ElevenLabs Dubai , UAE

ElevenLabs, a leading audio AI company, is seeking a Customer Success professional for the Middle East. This role focuses on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise clients, helping shape scalable CS strategies, and delivering impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of ~50 enterprise clients in the Middle East.

  • Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption of multiple ElevenLabs products.

  • Monitor customer usage, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue expansion.

  • Own account renewals, expansion, and Customer Success KPIs (NRR/GRR).

  • Contribute to the development of scalable Customer Success frameworks and playbooks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and optimize experiences.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in fast-paced SaaS organizations.

  • Proven experience delivering value for customers in the Middle East, particularly with technical or mission-critical products (e.g., conversational AI).

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in account renewals and expansion.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Builder mindset with focus on scalable solutions and customer excellence.
