ElevenLabs, a leading audio AI company, is seeking a Customer Success professional for the Middle East. This role focuses on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise clients, helping shape scalable CS strategies, and delivering impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of ~50 enterprise clients in the Middle East.

Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption of multiple ElevenLabs products.

Monitor customer usage, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue expansion.

Own account renewals, expansion, and Customer Success KPIs (NRR/GRR).

Contribute to the development of scalable Customer Success frameworks and playbooks.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and optimize experiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in fast-paced SaaS organizations.

Proven experience delivering value for customers in the Middle East, particularly with technical or mission-critical products (e.g., conversational AI).

Strong commercial acumen with experience in account renewals and expansion.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
