About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the UAE, you’ll drive clinical and commercial outcomes by helping new and existing customers realize maximum value from Annalise.ai’s AI-driven medical imaging solutions.

You’ll partner with sales, services, and product teams to:

• Ensure smooth onboarding

• Deliver ongoing training and engagement

• Maintain high product adoption

• Identify upsell opportunities

• Represent the customer voice in product development

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer satisfaction and success planning

• Deliver onboarding, training, and change management programs

• Understand and support clinical workflows in radiology and imaging

• Conduct pre-sales consultation and define success criteria

• Create and manage post-sales customer success plans

• Collaborate with marketing to develop success stories and case studies

• Partner with product teams to channel feedback and requests

• Maintain continuous clinical engagement with installed base

• Travel as required (up to 50%) for customer support and relationship management

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT, or a related field

• Experience with medical imaging systems (PACS/RIS) and DICOM/HL7 standards

• Skilled in working with healthcare professionals and leadership teams

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Based in the UAE (or willing to relocate)

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer success, sales, or clinical applications within healthcare

• Project or change management certifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
