Customer Success Manager – Arabic Speaker

Job Purpose:
MongoDB is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and account growth. The role requires daily interactions with customers, helping them maximize the value of their MongoDB subscription and services. This is a hybrid role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Lead onboarding meetings to identify customer needs, challenges, and project timelines.
- Promote and encourage MongoDB’s paid features across assigned customer accounts.
- Identify risks of churn and proactively mitigate them.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to enhance MongoDB’s Customer Success Program.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- 4+ years of experience handling large-scale enterprise customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of technical product experience or education.
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
- Exposure to databases, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Arabic fluency is required for this role.
