Customer Success Manager

BlackRock is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Preqin, a key part of their business. This role involves leading client onboarding, managing relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer success. The candidate will work closely with client-facing teams, understand customer needs, and resolve issues proactively to enhance customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding for strategic accounts, optimizing configurations and alerts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Preqin’s products, identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Engage key stakeholders across customer organizations to understand their needs.

  • Act as a consultant and problem solver, training customers on how to optimize workflows using Preqin products.

  • Increase customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for further sales.

  • Address urgent customer issues and identify churn risks, ensuring long-term client success.

Qualifications:

  • Customer-first attitude with proven experience in Customer Success within SaaS or Financial sectors.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and improve client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Positive mindset towards issue resolution and proactive engagement with customers.

Work Model:
