Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales & Relationship Management team in Dubai. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and driving customer retention and growth.
As a key liaison between the company and its clients, your focus will be to deliver a seamless post-sale experience, help clients maximize the value of our services, and identify upselling opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding and continued success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive engagement and loyalty.

Monitor customer health and proactively address issues to minimize churn.

Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
