Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with key industrial clients across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will drive reliability improvement, maintenance optimization, and digital transformation initiatives, delivering measurable ROI and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with industrial clients.

Lead initiatives focused on asset performance, operational excellence, and cost optimization.

Provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Travel frequently across the EMEA region to support client success and project delivery.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or consulting.

Strong background in oil & gas, cement, steel, or FMCG industries.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Must be based in the UAE and open to extensive travel.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
