Your Role at a Glance:

Be the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Understand customer goals and help them realize the full value of Slice’s platform.

Monitor client engagement and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and upselling.

Deliver training, resources, and support to help customers invest with confidence.

Advocate for the customer—gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements.

Partner with sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless and high-impact customer journey.
What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role—ideally within FinTech or a consumer app environment.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

A customer-centric approach with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and customer engagement tools.

An analytical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
