UiPath is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs for customers. The role involves managing the adoption strategy, orchestrating end-to-end solution delivery, and ensuring client engagement through continuous relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in customer success, particularly in SaaS or RPA spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead the customer’s overall adoption strategy, developing a comprehensive value delivery plan.

Manage post-sales account activities, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.

Advise clients on delivering and realizing value aligned with their objectives.

Maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure success milestones are met.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on automation strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure customer-centric solutions.

Resolve client issues through effective problem-solving strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in customer success, with a proven track record of driving satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Experience with professional services and SaaS or RPA platforms.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions.

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Fluent in Arabic and English.
