Interact Software is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure strategic customers derive value from the company’s software solutions throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading customer onboarding, project management, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships to foster customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level customers, SaaS experience, and strong project management skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer onboarding and project management initiatives

Manage customer relationships, from onboarding to expansion

Provide basic technical support and ensure timely issue resolution

Track customer health data and proactively address issues to reduce churn risk

Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities

Advocate for customers internally, translating feedback into actionable insights
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Proven success in managing global, enterprise customers (SaaS experience preferred)

Strong project management and customer success skills

Proficiency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)

Advanced skills in MS365
