IMPETUS EXECUTIVE is actively hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their client’s team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing the value customers derive from the company’s solutions.

As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience, supporting clients through their journey, and contributing to the continuous improvement of client engagement strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver tailored support that aligns with each client’s unique goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term success.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments.

  • Guide clients in aligning their goals and challenges with the company’s solutions.

  • Conduct webinars, demos, and one-on-one sessions to educate customers on product usage and features.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure clients are receiving maximum value.

  • Create and execute client success and engagement plans.

  • Explore new opportunities within client organizations to expand product use.

  • Lead cross-functional internal improvement initiatives.

  • Act as the voice of the customer to shape product development.

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.

  • Confident in delivering client-facing presentations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in customer success, client support, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
