MEED, a trusted name in strategic industry intelligence and a brand of GlobalData Ltd., is hiring a Customer Success Manager to deliver high-impact client onboarding experiences and manage strategic customer journeys. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on client retention, proactive support, and data-driven relationship management across a diverse portfolio. As a customer advocate, you will collaborate across departments to ensure MEED’s insights and tools meet client goals and drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:

Deliver impactful onboarding sessions to position MEED Projects as a strategic partner.

Understand client business goals to align platform usage effectively.
Customer Journey Management:

Guide clients through a strategic journey with milestone-based engagement to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Prioritize outreach based on usage data, risk signals, and growth opportunities.
Client Portfolio Management:

Manage a high volume of B2B clients efficiently, ensuring proactive support and engagement.

Customize solutions that align with unique business needs.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:

Analyze usage metrics, trends, and success indicators to inform client strategies.

Translate insights into measurable client value and influence internal improvements.
Advocacy & Internal Collaboration:

Represent client needs to internal teams (analysts, editorial, research) to deliver tailored content and solutions.

Champion the customer voice within the organization.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in SaaS/B2B environments.

Expertise in managing multiple client accounts with varying requirements.

Strong understanding of customer journeys and success metrics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Skilled in data analysis and insight reporting.

Proficient in SaaS platforms and client-facing digital tools.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in the Construction industry is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
