Finastra is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their Corporate Lending Business Unit. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer success from implementation through to long-term satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and professional services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Corporate Banking sector and a passion for customer engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers, including on-site visits, to understand business drivers and challenges.

Develop and execute account success plans to optimize revenue, satisfaction, and retention.

Manage ‘at-risk’ customers, from detection to resolution, ensuring their success and continued engagement.

Identify and drive upsell, renewal, and professional services opportunities.

Leverage customer usage data to derive insights, identify risks, and pinpoint opportunities.

Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Development.

Support customer adoption by providing analysis and positioning to increase software ROI.

Collaborate with Sales and other teams to manage opportunities and grow revenue.
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience: Good understanding of Corporate Banking markets, including Syndicated Lending, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management.

Customer Success: Proven track record in customer success, driving revenue growth and satisfaction.

Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of customer success plans.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address root causes of issues.

Collaboration: Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels within Finastra and with customers.
