Easygenerator, a Dutch EdTech scale-up headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Customer Success Associate. The role focuses on helping organizations maximize adoption of Easygenerator’s award-winning authoring tool, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ensuring long-term success. This is a hybrid role, ideal for proactive individuals passionate about learning technology and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with customers to drive adoption and value realization.

Deliver onboarding sessions, product trainings, and webinars.

Support Customer Success Managers in tracking customer health and identifying growth opportunities.

Improve and scale the onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-
0–1 year of relevant experience.

Excellent English communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Natural ability to teach and guide users.
