Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Agent / Operations Coordinator to join the UAE Daily Operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transportation operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the bridge between customers, operational teams, and service partners to maintain efficiency, reliability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Support

Deliver real-time assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of transportation requests.

Partner with the UAE Daily Operations Manager to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and service coordination.
Operations Coordination
-
Manage daily logistics activities including planning, scheduling, and execution of transport services.

Coordinate with carriers, vendors, subcontractors, workshops, hardware suppliers, and operational agents.

Monitor fleet activities to ensure performance aligns with KPIs and SLAs.
Monitoring & Issue Resolution

Log, track, and resolve service issues, deviations, and operational challenges.

Oversee internal systems, support inboxes, and respond to ad hoc operational needs.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and sustainability objectives.
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and monitoring updates.

Provide insights to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer outcomes.
Additional Duties

Support cross-functional initiatives and perform tasks assigned by management to ensure seamless daily operations.
Required Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field).
Experience & Skills
-
Prior experience in a customer-facing role within logistics, fleet operations, or operations management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu (required).

UAE driver’s license required; heavy truck license is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.

Comfortable using logistics platforms, CRM systems, GPS tracking tools, and digital communication technologies.

Experience in electric vehicle operations or startup environments is a plus.
