ZAJEL, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing courier and logistics companies since 2008, is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) for its Dubai operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing the daily activities of the customer service team and ensuring high service quality and team efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience in logistics or call centers, fluency in Arabic and English, and excellent analytical and performance management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and guide customer service executives and team leads to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor adherence to call quality, shift schedules, punctuality, and attendance.

Implement performance tracking, reporting, and feedback systems.

Analyze call volumes and report changes to the manager.

Maintain high-quality workflow and ensure security of client information.

Monitor and improve customer service KPIs and overall service delivery.
-
Oversee team recruitment, training, development, and daily operations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and operational targets.

Generate timely MIS reports and performance analytics.

Promote continuous improvement and best practices across customer service operations.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a logistics/call center environment.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory).

Strong time management, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage a diverse team.
