Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist ME in Dubai to manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Regional Supply Chain team. The role reports to the Customer and Supply Chain Manager MEA and acts as a key contact for all order-related matters, collaborating with logistics, sales, and supply chain teams to optimize customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, and product availability.

• Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.

• Maintain and update order management systems (SAP/Salesforce).

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Organize and maintain process documentation for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.

Requirements / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is advantageous.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
