This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, offering a structured two-year rotational program. The first year will focus on Customer Service, followed by the second year in Logistics, equipping the graduate with holistic exposure to Ferrero’s supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (Year 1):

Manage customer shipments and order processing for key accounts across Dubai and the Northern Emirates

Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Analyze KPIs to identify service improvement opportunities

Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication
Logistics (Year 2):

Oversee inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery

Handle escalations and ensure seamless logistics operations

Register new products with Dubai Municipality

Monitor inventory cycles and maintain stock accuracy
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Passion for customer service and process improvement
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage

Must be a recent Emirati graduate (UAE national)
