Do you love coffee and enjoy connecting with people? Nespresso is hiring Customer Service Specialists (Coffee Specialists) to join its Customer Relationship Center (CRC) in Dubai. You’ll serve as the voice of Nespresso, delivering world-class service while sharing your passion and knowledge about coffee. This is a 1-year temporary role, perfect for professionals excited to work with a premium global brand.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

  • Handle requests via phone, email, chat, or social platforms.

  • Make decisions to resolve issues within quality, business, and compliance standards.

  • Know when to escalate to ensure the best customer outcome.

2. Personalized Interaction

  • Build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Analyze customer profiles to anticipate potential needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Promote brand offers and upsell where relevant.

3. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and suggest improvements in workflows, tools, and customer experience.

  • Propose process enhancements and support team-wide best practices.

4. Brand Representation

  • Use brand voice across digital, social, and phone touchpoints.

  • Tell the Nespresso story with enthusiasm, aligning messaging to customer tone and context.

  • Create thoughtful, brand-aligned responses on social platforms.

5. Professional Development

  • Stay updated on Nespresso news, products, machines, and coffee culture.

  • Participate in training, team meetings, and performance feedback sessions.

  • Take ownership of self-learning and development.


Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

  • Experience in customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Comfortable multitasking with digital systems and tools.

  • Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Passion for coffee and Nespresso’s brand.

  • Experience in an international or multicultural work environment.
